NAKAMURA SHOP Workshop: Making an Original Marble-dyed Handkerchief

This workshop is held by Nakamura Shop, which develops hand-dyed shawl-like original textiles, and keeps alive the techniques of Nagoya Kuromontsuki-zome, the dyeing of solemn black kimonos with white family crests. It allows participants to experience the beautiful expressions created by blending colors in the marble dyeing technique, which they use to color a handkerchief.
