建築家、大学准教授、雑誌発行代表者、編集者。
現代建築と都市計画の歴史において博士号を取得し、建築学を専門としている。
トリノ工科大学（Politecnico di Torino）工業デザイン学部にて准教授として「マルチメディアの歴史と文化」の講義を担当。トリノ工科大学、ミラノ工科大学（イタリア）、シャルジャ大学（アラブ首長国連邦）、中東工科大学（トルコ）などでも教鞭を執る。
Umberto Allemandi & C.社発行のIl Giornale dell' Architettura（建築雑誌）の発行代表を務め、Il Giornale dell' Architetturaの一部であるIl Giornale del Design（デザイン雑誌）の編集者。「デザインコリア2005」国際会議にて講演およびパネリストを務める。
工業デザイン、マルチメディア、建築に関する記事および主要紙や雑誌における論評などを多数執筆。(Il Giornale dell' Architettura, Il Giornale dell' Arte, Il Riformista, L' Unita, など) 近年は、工業製品や部品の自然との融合性、エコ設計やシステム設計、デザインの歴史とマルチメディアの世界との関係、など複数テーマについて研究中。

Pier Paolo Peruccio specializes in Architecture, as he got his PhD in History of Contemporary Architecture and Town-Planning. He is Assistant Professor at the Industrial Design Degree, Politecnico di Torino (Italy) where he teachs "History and culture of Multimedia". Peruccio appears on several lectures at universities, such as Politecnico di Torino and Politecnico di Milano (ITALY), Sharjah University (UAE), Middle East Techinical University (TURKEY). He is Managing Publisher of Il Giornale dell’Architettura (Architetural Magazine), Umberto Allemandi & C. Editor of Il Giornale del Design (Design magazine), section of Il Giornale dell' Architettura). Peruccio was speaker and panelist at the Design Korea 2005 International Conference. He has been authors of many articles on industrial design, multimedia, architecture and didactic issues published in important reviews and newspapers (Il Giornale dell' Architettura, Il Giornale dell’Arte, Il Riformista, L' Unita, etc.). Currently, he is working on several research projects concerning the eco-compatibility of industrial products and components, eco-design and systems design issues, and the history of design and its relations with the world of multimedia.
