The winners of the JAGDA New Designer Awards are chosen from among those targeted for the Rookie of the Year Awards in the annual, Graphic Design in Japan. In 2021, the three award-winning designers were Toru Kase, Ryuichi Kawajiri and Arata Kubota, who were chosen from 139 eligible contestants (JAGDA members aged 39 or less as of October 31, 2020). At the Nagoya exhibition, award-winning works and recent works will be exhibited.
