The 1st International Competition “NAGOYA DESIGN DO! 1998”: The Second Screening
Theme: New Neighbors

“NAGOYA DESIGN DO!” is a cpmpetition designed to provide an opportunity for young, talented designers to develop their skills and exchange ideas with one another. It will be held every two years. The theme of this year is “New Neighbors.” In an era where the distance between neighbors is constantly shrinking and again expanding and growing more complex ; designing is one of the media for us to have a dialogue with our ‘neighbors’. For the first screening, we have received 839 works from 53 countries and regions.

*This competition has the approval of icograda, ICSID, and IFI.
